Tori Darker

Program Officer 

Tori Darker focuses on developing RNFF’s grantmaking strategy with a priority on women’s health. She serves as a primary liaison with the Tulsa nonprofit community, as well as with other community, civic, and philanthropic partners. Since moving to Tulsa in 2021, she has worked at the intersection of hospital systems and philanthropy, grounding her work in systems-level thinking and people-centered impact.

Tori holds a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Central Florida and a master’s in Healthcare Administration from the University of Denver. Outside of work, she enjoys all things outdoors: camping, hiking, snowboarding, and gardening.

Alexandra Paschal

Program Director 

Alex Paschal oversees the development and implementation of RNFF’s program strategy. She manages a growing portfolio of grants with a focus on education and youth development. Prior to joining RNFF, she served as the first Executive Director of the Ed Darby Foundation, partnering with its Board to launch strategy and mission work. She also served as Director of Community Engagement for ImpactTulsa  after ten years working with youth-focused nonprofits in the Los Angeles area.

Alex grew up in Tulsa and remains deeply committed to supporting local neighbors. She serves on multiple community boards and advisory councils,  is a graduate of Vanderbilt University, and a proud Tulsa Memorial Charger alumna.

Nikki Sharp

Grants Manager

Nikki Sharp manages the Foundation’s grantmaking systems, processes, and compliance to ensure effective and efficient support for partners. Prior to joining the Foundation, she wrote and managed federal, state, city, and private grants across organizations of various sizes, and most recently worked on the Tulsa Area Data Capacity Assessment, helping nonprofits improve data practices.  

Nikki earned her master’s in Public Administration from OU-Tulsa with a focus on public policy. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking, and family time… and may create spreadsheets to predict final couples on reality dating shows.

Gina Stilp

Executive Director

Gina Stilp is the Foundation’s founding Executive Director, working with its Trustees to guide strategic planning, grantmaking, and community engagement. Before joining RNFF, Gina held leadership roles in philanthropy and nonprofit management, focusing on place-based initiatives that strengthen housing and economic mobility. She loves bridging sectors, convening diverse stakeholders, and translating ideas into actionable strategies. As executive director of the Zilber Family Foundation, she initiated funding for the city’s first direct cash transfer program.

Gina began her career with New Orleans Area Habitat for Humanity, facilitating the development of hundreds of affordable homes after Hurricane Katrina. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Loyola University Chicago and an MBA from Marquette University where she benefited from a Trinity Fellowship. Since moving to Tulsa in 2025, she has come to love the city’s parks, culture, and much more temperate winters!
